With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Frank plays an integral role in each engagement at Verita. From fostering client relationships and strategic initiatives, to overseeing settlement administration, case management, staffing, training, and technology, Frank plays both a strategic and tactical role in Verita’s Class Action and Mass Tort divisions.
In addition to supervising the operations of Verita’s pharmaceutical and product liability matters, Frank oversaw the administration of the Porter Ranch Gas Blowout matter, in which over 30,000 plaintiff discovery questionnaires were administered and served by Verita. Frank has also helped oversee the settlement administration of nearly 100,000 claimants in mass arbitration proceedings across the nation. Most recently, Frank has worked on several high-profile government matters involving attorney general proceedings.
Prior to joining Verita, Frank was responsible for the litigation and management of over one hundred labor and employment and consumer class action lawsuits.
Frank received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as the Chairperson of the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College.
